Credit:
You can add up to R500 credit on your account, which will cover any invoices generated, until your credit is depleted. You can add this in your account, once you have an active service with us.
PLEASE NOTE: Credit cannot be refunded, so please make sure you don't add credit in error.
Refunds:
Refunds will be given within 30 days if you are unhappy with our service. Refunds can be done in either Credit, or EFT.
Please note that Domains are non-refundable. Not even for credit.
