Luckily for you, here at Blue Lobster Hosting, we provide our clients with DUAL Backup systems. This allows us to help you get back your data, when the worst happens.
All our hosting systems are backed up on a weekly cycle, and we also have our own off-site (in a whole different country in-fact), daily backup system in place.
Daily backups take place at 12AM each day, with a data retention of 2 weeks. This means even if you only realize on Friday that your website has been broken since Monday, we can easily restore it for you.
This service is included FREE OF CHARGE for all hosting accounts.
Does this mean nothing will ever happen to my website?
No, it does not. While we do our best to provide you with this backup service, you should ALWAYS have your own backups as well. Make sure you regularly backup your website using the backup features built into your Hosting control panel.
Relying on our backup systems, should always be used a last resort. Having a good Disaster recovery plan in place is a must for every business.
